K’TANIM PRESCHOOL PARENTS

Our exceptional parent community is one of the most important features of our school.

You are an integral part of your child’s first school experience.

On a personal level, all of our teachers and staff are committed to developing close, collaborative connections with every family, to keep you not only up-to-the-minute but also actively participating in your child’s learning. Your involvement in the classroom is always welcome, on a weekly basis or in any and all of our fun family activities scheduled throughout the year.

Monthly meetings of our extraordinary Parent Committee enable you to both get to know other families, and also be part of the decision-making for guiding preschool activities.

Get involved in the K’tanim Family.

As a community, the volunteer Parent Committee has proven to be crucial to K’tanim’s success. You’re invited to give as much or as little time as you can, as the Committee works closely with our Director to help plan creative activities, field trips, and fundraisers, as well as annual celebrations such as Special Person’s Day, the wonderful March Of The Stuffed Animals, and the Purim Carnival. And of course, social gatherings such as Moms’ Night Out and Dads On Tap are always popular. (And much needed!)

Best of all, the connections that form between K’tanim families often lead to ongoing Havurah Groups, and even lifelong friendships.
